I would like to begin by saying that I am truly sorry you are in the position of having to search for ways to increase your chances of fertility.

Getting pregnant and having a baby seems like it should be one of the most natural occurring miracles of life.

For the most part, I imagine you started out feeling the same way. Yet, with each passing cycle or loss, the idea of naturally occurring might have turned into something else that is now part of your vocabulary… infertility.

Tips and Tricks to Get Pregnant

If a couple is having difficulty conceiving, there are several tips and tricks they can try to increase their chances of getting pregnant. Here are some suggestions:

  1. Track Ovulation: Understanding when the woman is ovulating is crucial for successful conception. This can be done using ovulation predictor kits, monitoring basal body temperature, or keeping track of menstrual cycles.
  2. Maintain a healthy weight: Being overweight or underweight can affect fertility. Couples should maintain a healthy weight by exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet.
  3. Avoid smoking, alcohol and drugs: Smoking, alcohol, and drugs can all negatively impact fertility. Couples should avoid these substances while trying to conceive.
  4. Limit caffeine intake: High caffeine intake has been linked to reduced fertility. Couples should limit their caffeine intake to less than 200 milligrams per day.
  5. Consider preconception health check-ups: Both partners should consider getting a preconception health check-up to identify and address any potential health issues that could impact fertility.
  6. Practice good sexual health: Couples should practice good sexual health to minimize the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), which can affect fertility.
  7. Manage stress: Stress can interfere with ovulation and affect fertility. Couples should find ways to manage stress, such as meditation, exercise, or counseling.
  8. Consider seeking medical advice: If a couple has been trying to conceive for more than a year without success, they should consider seeking medical advice from a fertility specialist to identify and treat any underlying issues.

It’s important to remember that the process of conception can be different for every couple, and what works for one couple may not work for another. By following these tips and tricks, couples can increase their chances of getting pregnant, but they should also be patient and seek medical advice if needed.

How to Get Pregnant?

Those trying to conceive will discover how to turn their infertility switch off and their fertility switch on for successful pregnancy and birth. Learning how to use ancient methods in a modern world is important and valuable knowledge. These methods may be used alongside Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), Complementary and Alternative Therapies, or on their own.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re using IVF (in vitro fertilization), IUI (artificial insemination), Clomid, natural conception methods, or alternative conception methods — individually or in combination. It doesn’t matter if you’ve had one or more miscarriages. Furthermore, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying to conceive for 6 months or 6 years.

What matters is that there are very specific things you can do to turn on your own fertility switch so that the methods you’re using can succeed!

More than 1 in 6 couples is unable to conceive without some form of medical intervention, according to the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. The cost of an IVF with office visits, ultrasounds, labs and medications can easily be $10,000 or more… emotional costs not included. Yet, the success rate with assisted reproductive technologies is less than 35%!

That’s why doing everything you can to optimize your chances of successful fertility is essential.
